Abstract
Artificial Intelligence (AI) offers flexible and efficient solutions for the health monitoring, assessment, and management of complex mechanical systems. AI provides revolutionary solutions to ensure the safe and reliable operation of complex mechanical devices with today’s highly demand on intelligent, automatic, user-friendly, reliable society. This perspective discusses the potential of AI in enhancing the performance of diagnosis, prognosis, and health management of complex mechanical structures with the knowledge and experience already have accumulated.
